My new Intel SSD 530 does not seem to communicate with the Intel SSD Toolbox software. The drive appears to be working fine but when I try to run the SSD Optimizer it show the following message
"The Intel SSD Toolbox cannot communicate with the selected Intel SSD.
Consider changing to another storage driver compatible with your system and try the tool again."
I have searched on these and other forums for a recommended solution but can't find an answer. I replaced a Samsung SSD which was working fine, just not large enough. Any help in getting this fixed would me very helpful.
